Custom Flash Drive Printing Methods

The following methods are available for printing your logo onto a USB drive:

custom flash drive silk screeningThrough the silk-screening process, also known as screen-printing, ink is used to imprint the image or logo onto the material. To create this look, the image is first transformed into a stenciled screen through exposing film positives to light. Each color used in the image requires a different screen, which also requires drying time in-between printing.

custom flash drive four color process methodIn the four-color process method, filters and screens digitally separate the image into four different colors: black, yellow, cyan, and magenta. The four distinct images are transferred onto printing plates and loaded into a printing press, Similar to a computer printer, thousands of color combinations can be created through mixing the four colors.

custom flash drive hot stampThe hot stamp method creates a deboss, meaning the imprinted logo looks sunken into the material. The design is first transformed onto a metal relief die or plate. This plate is heated up and then stamped onto the printing surface.

custom flash drive laser etchingEmploying the laser etching method, we create engravings through the use of a high-powered beam of light. The artwork is transferred onto the material through sending the laser through a template, as it vaporizes everything that is exposed.

custom flash drive laser stampThrough using a foil or laser stamp, logos can be imprinted with material made of metallic and colored foils. This method allows logos to be transferred onto many types of surfaces: paper, leather, even vinyl. A deboss effect can be created to finish the look.
